1. Focus on the positives.

No matter how horrible you think your life is there is a positive aspect to everything. At times like this, we should consciously strive to focus on the better things in life. The things that we don’t always appreciate but are lucky to have. By focusing on the positives you are bound to attract more positivity into your life.

2. Don’t overthink things…..it leads to more negative thoughts

Playing thoughts over and over in your mind, most of the time end up leaving you at a worse off state than when you started thinking, especially when you think of something bad, it usually snowballs into a more negative thought. So stop overthinking!

3.Have Faith

Believe that life will go back to normal someday. Believe that you will be okay. The power of faith is unquestionable and you must invest in it.

4. Use this time to do the little things

Do the things that you love but usually did not have the time to do due to your earlier busy schedule. Paint, cook, read, or spend time with family. You might be yearning for your earlier life schedule, but once the pandemic is over you shouldn’t regret not spending your time doing the things that you actually love. Remember all those times were you wised you and extra time to pursue your interests..well now is the time!

5.Meditate

Meditating can be very useful when it comes to calming the mind. Even if you do not know how to meditate, just sitting down, closing your eyes and focusing on a single thing, whether your mind or your breathing, can help you clear your head.
