Yoga is a slow process and requires a certain amount of time to actually start showing results. So don’t give up if you’re not seeing any progress, the time varies from person to person, but in the end, you will receive the benefits!

8. You can start doing Yoga as early as at the age of eight

There is a common misconception that yoga is not required for younger people, however, as early as at the age of eight, children can start practicing yoga and it can be very beneficial.

Age is just a number. It is mental. With yoga, you can always feel young at heart. By practicing yoga, meditation, and Pranayam, you can look and feel younger much younger than your actual age.

A little bit of belief can go a lot way and Just as in any other field, Yoga requires a little bit of faith for you to be able to fully appreciate its existence. You need to believe that yoga is actually helping you and making you a better person physically and mentally ,for it to actually work
